Procare Physical Therapy Services Speech Language Pathologists (SLP’s), or Speech Therapists, are licensed professionals who address speech, swallowing and language difficulties. Treatments may include physical strengthening exercises, instruction in repetitive practice and the use of augmentative communication systems as well as cognitive retraining.
Our speech therapists also assist patients who experience difficulty swallowing. Therapy may include exercises, recommendations regarding different eating, or dietary changes.
